Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, though there is good in both. Strive for what benefits you, seek help from Allah, and do not give up. If something befalls you, do not say: 'If only I had done such-and-such.' Rather say: 'Allah decreed, and what He willed He did.' For 'if only' opens the door to the work of Satan."
الترجمة الأردية
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: یہود اور نصاریٰ کو سلام کرنے میں پہل مت کرو اور جب تم کسی یہودی یا نصرانی سے راہ میں ملو تو اس کو تنگ راہ کی طرف دبا دو۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1432]
