Narrated Abu Wa'il (may Allah be pleased with him): Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) used to be extremely strict in the matter of urine, to the extent that he would urinate into a bottle, and he would say that among the Children of Israel, when urine touched a person's body, he would cut off (with scissors) that piece of skin. Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I wish Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) would not be so strict, for that would be better. (Because) I was walking with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), and he came to the refuse-heap of a people (that is, a place where garbage is dumped), and he stood behind a wall as any of you would stand, then he urinated. I moved away, but he gestured to me to come to him, until I stood near his heels until he finished urinating. In one narration there is the addition that he then performed ablution and wiped over both his leather socks.
الترجمة الأردية
سیدنا ابووائل رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہابوموسیٰ رضی اللہ عنہ پیشاب کے معاملہ میں نہایت سختی کرتے تھے حتیٰ کہ شیشی میں پیشاب کیا کرتے تھے اور کہتے تھے کہ بنی اسرائیل میں جب کسی کے بدن کو پیشاب لگ جاتا تو وہ (قینچیوں سے) کھال کترتا تھا۔ سیدنا حذیفہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہ میں چاہتا ہوں کہ ابوموسیٰ رضی اللہ عنہ ایسی سختی نہ کرتے تو بہتر تھا (کیونکہ) میں رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے ساتھ چل رہا تھا، آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمایک قوم کے گھورے (یعنی کوڑے کرکٹ کی جگہ) پر آئے اور دیوار کے پیچھے آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکھڑے ہوئے جس طرح تم میں سے کوئی کھڑا ہوتا ہے، پھر پیشاب کیا۔ میں دور ہٹا تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے اشارہ فرمایا کہ میرے پاس آ، یہاں تک کہ میں آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکی ایڑیوں کے پاس کھڑا رہا، جب تک کہ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمپیشاب سے فارغ نہ ہوئے۔ ایک روایت میں اتنا زیادہ ہے کہ پھر وضو کیا اور دونوں موزوں پر مسح کیا۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 137]
