Narrated Nu'aym bin Abdullah al-Mujmir: I saw Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) performing ablution. He washed his face and washed it thoroughly. Then he washed his right hand, washing even part of the upper arm. Then he washed his left hand, washing even part of the upper arm. Then he wiped his head. Then he washed his right foot, washing even part of the shin. Then he washed his left foot, washing even part of the shin. Then he said: I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) perform ablution in just this manner, and he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "On the Day of Resurrection, because of performing ablution thoroughly, your foreheads and hands and feet will be white (radiant). So whoever among you wishes to increase his radiance, let him do so" (that is, let him wash his limbs well and far up).
الترجمة الأردية
نعیم بن عبداللہ مجمر سے روایت ہے کہمیں نے سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو دیکھا کہ وضو کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے منہ دھویا تو اس کو پورا دھویا۔ پھر داہنا ہاتھ دھویا یہاں تک کہ بازو کا ایک حصہ بھی دھویا۔ پھر بایاں ہاتھ دھویا یہاں تک کہ بازو کا ایک حصہ بھی دھویا۔ پھر سر کا مسح کیا۔ پھر سیدھا پاؤں دھویا تو پنڈلی کا بھی ایک حصہ دھویا۔ پھر بایاں پاؤں دھویا یہاں تک کہ پنڈلی کا بھی ایک حصہ دھویا۔ پھر کہا کہ میں نے رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکو ایسا ہی وضو کرتے ہوئے دیکھا ہے اور کہا کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ قیامت کے دن پورا وضو کرنے کی وجہ سے تمہاری پیشانیاں اور ہاتھ پاؤں سفید (نورانی) ہوں گے۔ لہٰذا تم میں سے جو کوئی اپنی چمک کو بڑھانا چاہے تو بڑھائے۔ (یعنی اپنے اعضاء کو خوب آگے تک دھوئے)۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 127]
