It is narrated from Abu Burdah al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) say: "No one is to be given more than ten lashes except in one of the prescribed punishments of Allah." [Mukhtasar Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 1049]
الترجمة الأردية
سیدنا ابوبردہ انصاری رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہانہوں نے رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا کہ کوئی دس کوڑوں سے زیادہ نہ مارا جائے مگر اللہ کی حدوں میں سے کسی حد میں۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1049]
