حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ سَلَّامُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ قَالَ كُنْتُ رِدْفَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى حِمَارٍ يُقَالُ لَهُ عُفَيْرٌ قَالَ فَقَالَ يَا مُعَاذُ تَدْرِي مَا حَقُّ اللَّهِ عَلَى الْعِبَادِ وَمَا حَقُّ الْعِبَادِ عَلَى اللَّهِ قَالَ قُلْتُ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَعْلَمُ قَالَ فَإِنَّ حَقَّ اللَّهِ عَلَى الْعِبَادِ أَنْ يَعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ وَلَا يُشْرِكُوا بِهِ شَيْئًا وَحَقُّ الْعِبَادِ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ أَنْ لَا يُعَذِّبَ مَنْ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَفَلَا أُبَشِّرُ النَّاسَ قَالَ لَا تُبَشِّرْهُمْ فَيَتَّكِلُوا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hadrat Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be well pleased with him) reported that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: Allah will say to the people of Paradise: O people of Paradise! They will say: We are at Your service, O our Lord. He will say: Are you pleased? They will say: Why should we not be pleased when You have given us what You have not given anyone from Your creation? He will say: I shall give you something better than that. They will say: O our Lord, and what is better than that? He will say: I bestow My pleasure upon you, and I shall never be displeased with you after that.

قتیبہ بن سعید ‘ جریر نے مغیرہ سے ، انہوں نے شعبی سے روایت کی ، کہا : مجھے حارث اعور ہمدانی نے حدیث سنائی اور وہ کذاب تھا ۔
