وَحَدَّثَنِي عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، - قَالَ أُرَاهُ مَرْفُوعًا - قَالَ " ثَلاَثَةٌ لاَ يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ وَلاَ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ رَجُلٌ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ بَعْدَ صَلاَةِ الْعَصْرِ عَلَى مَالِ مُسْلِمٍ فَاقْتَطَعَهُ " . وَبَاقِي حَدِيثِهِ نَحْوُ حَدِيثِ الأَعْمَشِ .
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Amr narrated from Abu Salih, from Hadrat Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be well pleased with him) — (Abu Salih) said: I believe he narrated this hadith from the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) as a the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)ic tradition — who stated: Three are the persons with whom Allah will neither speak nor look towards, and for them is a painful punishment: a man who after the Asr prayer takes a false oath regarding the property of a Muslim and usurps his right. The rest of the hadith is the same as that narrated by al-A'mash.
الترجمة الأردية
عمرو نے ابو صالح سے اور انہوں نے حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی (انہوں (ابو صالح) نے کہا: میرا خیال ہے کہ انہوں (حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ) نے یہ حدیث رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے مرفوعاً روایت کی) آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: تین (قسم کے لوگ) ہیں جن سے اللہ بات کرے گا نہ ان کی طرف دیکھے گا اور ان کے لیے دردناک عذاب ہے، ایک آدمی جس نے عصر کے بعد مسلمان کے مال کے لیے قسم اٹھائی اور اس کا حق مار لیا۔ حدیث کا باقی حصہ اعمش کی حدیث جیسا ہے۔
