وَحَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ، زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يُصَلِّي الْعَصْرَ وَالشَّمْسُ فِي حُجْرَتِهَا لَمْ يَظْهَرِ الْفَىْءُ فِي حُجْرَتِهَا .
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hadrat Harmalah ibn Yahya narrated to me, he said: Ibn Wahb informed us, he said: Yunus informed me from Ibn Shihab, who said: 'Urwah ibn al-Zubair informed me that Umm al-Mu'minin Hadrat 'A'ishah (may Allah be well pleased with her), the wife of the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), informed him that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) used to pray the 'Asr prayer while the sunlight was in her apartment, and the shadow had not yet extended in her apartment.
الترجمة الأردية
حرملہ بن یحییٰ نے مجھے حدیث بیان کی، کہا ہمیں ابن وہب نے خبر دی، کہا مجھے یونس نے ابن شہاب سے خبر دی، انہوں نے کہا: مجھے عروہ بن حضرت زبیر نے بتایا کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی زوجہ حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا نے انہیں خبر دی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم عصر کی نماز اس وقت پڑھتے تھے جبکہ دھوپ ان کے حجرے میں ہوتی اور (مشرق کی طرف پھیلتا) سایہ ان کے حجرے میں ابھی نہ پھیلا ہوتا۔
