وَعَن عبد لله بن بُحَيْنَة: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى بِهِمُ الظُّهْرَ فَقَامَ فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ الْأُولَيَيْنِ لَمْ يَجْلِسْ فَقَامَ النَّاسُ مَعَهُ حَتَّى إِذَا قَضَى الصَّلَاةَ وَانْتَظَرَ النَّاسُ تَسْلِيمَهُ كَبَّرَ وَهُوَ جَالِسٌ فَسَجَدَ سَجْدَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُسَلِّمَ ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
‘Abdallah ibn Buhaina said that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) led them in the noon prayer, and when he stood up at the end of the first two rak'as and did not sit, the people stood up along with him. When he finished the prayer and the people expected him to give the salutation, he said “God is most great" while sitting and made two prostrations before giving the salutation. Then he gave it. الترجمة الأردية
حضرت عبداللہ ابن بحینہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ہمیں ظہر کی نماز پڑھائی اور پہلی دو رکعات کے بعد بیٹھے بغیر کھڑے ہو گئے، لوگ بھی آپ کے ساتھ کھڑے ہو گئے۔ یہاں تک کہ جب نماز پوری ہونے لگی اور لوگ سلام کا انتظار کر رہے تھے تو آپ نے بیٹھے بیٹھے سلام سے پہلے تکبیر کہی اور دو سجدے (سہو) کیے، پھر سلام پھیرا۔ (متفق علیہ)
