عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُطِيعٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ: «لَا يُقْتَلُ قُرَشِيٌّ صَبْرًا بَعْدَ هَذَا الْيَوْمِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَة». رَوَاهُ مُسلم
الترجمة الإنجليزية
'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Stars are a means of security for the inhabitants of the heavens, and when the stars vanish, there will come to the inhabitants of the heavens what they have been promised. And my Companions are a means of security for my ummah, and when my Companions depart, there will come to my ummah what it has been promised. And the members of my household are a means of security for my Companions, and when the members of my household depart, there will come to my Companions what they have been promised." Reported by Muslim.
الترجمة الأردية
عبداللہ بن مطیع اپنے والد سے روایت کرتے ہیں، انہوں نے کہا، میں نے فتح مکہ کے روز رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا:”اس روز کے بعد روز قیامت تک کسی قریشی کو باندھ کر قتل نہ کیا جائے۔“رواہ مسلم۔[مشكوة المصابيح/كتاب المناقب/حدیث: 6002]
