وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ عَاهَرَ بِحُرَّةٍ أَوْ أَمَةٍ فَالْوَلَد ولد زنى لَا يَرث وَلَا يُورث» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
‘Amr b. Shu'aib, on his father's authority, said his grandfather reported the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) as saying, “If a man commits fornication with a freewoman or a slave woman the child is the product of fornication, and neither does he inherit nor may anyone inherit from him." Tirmidhi transmitted it.
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت عمرو بن شعیب اپنے والد سے اور وہ اپنے دادا سے روایت فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: جو شخص کسی آزاد عورت یا لونڈی سے زنا کرے تو بچہ ولدِ زنا ہے، نہ وارث ہوتا ہے نہ کوئی اس کا وارث ہوتا ہے۔ (ترمذی)
