وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَوْلَى الْقَوْمِ مِنْ أَنْفُسِهِمْ» . رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hadrat Anas reported the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) as saying, “The freedman* of a people is one of them.” * Maula. This word may mean either the one who emancipates or the one who has been emancipated, and therefore the tradition has received two different interpretations according to the meaning of maula. Bukhari transmitted it.
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نبی صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے روایت فرماتے ہیں کہ آپ نے ارشاد فرمایا: کسی قوم کا آزاد کردہ انہی میں سے ہے۔ (بخاری)
