وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: أَخَذَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ تَمْرَةً مِنْ تَمْرِ الصَّدَقَةِ فَجَعَلَهَا فِي فِيهِ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «كِخْ كِخْ» لِيَطْرَحَهَا ثُمَّ قَالَ: «أما شَعرت أَنا لَا نَأْكُل الصَّدَقَة؟»
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hadrat Abu Huraira told that al-Hasan b. 'All took one of the dates of the sadaqa and put it in his mouth, whereupon the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, “Leave it alone, leave it alone,” in order that he might throw it away. He then said, “Do you not know that we* do not eat the sadaqa?’ (Bukhari and Muslim.) * The pronoun includes the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and his family, al Hasan being his grandson. The idea is more definitely expressed in 'Abd al-Muttalib's tradition.
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت حسن بن علی رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما نے صدقے کی کھجوروں میں سے ایک کھجور اٹھا کر اپنے منہ میں رکھ لی، تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: چھوڑ دو، چھوڑ دو! تاکہ وہ اسے پھینک دیں۔ پھر فرمایا: کیا تم نہیں جانتے کہ ہم صدقہ نہیں کھاتے؟ (بخاری و مسلم)
