أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْأَنْمَاطِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَقُلْ أَحَدُكُمُ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي إِنْ شِئْتَ فَإِنَّهُ لَا مُسْتَكْرِهَ لَهُ وَلَكِنْ لِيَعْزِمِ الْمَسْأَلَةَ»
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'When one of you leads people in prayer, let him be brief, for among them are the young, the old, the weak, and those who have needs. But when one prays alone, let him prolong his prayer as he wishes.'
