أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ السَّامِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ فِي حَائِطٍ وَأَنَا مَعَهُ فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ فَاسْتَفْتَحَ فَقَالَ «افْتَحْ لَهُ وَبَشِّرْهُ بِالْجَنَّةِ» فَإِذَا هُوَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ ثُمَّ جَاءَ آخَرُ فَاسْتَفْتَحَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «افْتَحْ لَهُ وَبَشِّرْهُ بِالْجَنَّةِ» فَإِذَا هُوَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ثُمَّ جَاءَ آخَرُ فَاسْتَفْتَحَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «افْتَحْ لَهُ وَبَشِّرْهُ بِالْجَنَّةِ» فَإِذَا هُوَ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَفَّانَ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Jabir narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Allah chose my companions over all of mankind except for the prophets and messengers, and He chose for me from my companions four: Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, and Ali. He made them the best of my companions - and all of my companions are good - and He chose my nation over all nations, and He chose four generations from my nation: the first generation, then those who follow them, then those who follow them, then those who follow them.'
