أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ كَانَ رَجُلٌ يَنْقُلُ الْحَدِيثَ إِلَى السُّلْطَانِ فَكُنَّا جُلُوسًا مَعَ حُذَيْفَةَ فَمَرَّ ذَلِكَ الرَّجُلُ قِيلَ هُوَ هَذَا فَقَالَ حُذَيْفَةُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ قَتَّاتٌ»
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Khalifah narrated to us, Musaddad narrated to us, Yahya ibn Said narrated to us from Shu'bah from Mansur, from Rib'i, from Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to us: «Write down for me everyone who declares Islam.» So we wrote down for him one thousand five hundred men. Then we said: Do we fear while we are one thousand five hundred? And we have seen ourselves being tested until a man among us prays alone in fear.
