أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الْكَلَاعِيُّ بِحِمْصَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَدَقَةَ الْجُبْلَانِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْوَهْبِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِذَا رَأَى أَحَدُكُمُ الْمَرْأَةَ الَّتِي تُعْجِبُهُ فَلْيَرْجِعْ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ حَتَّى يَقَعَ بِهِمْ فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ مَعَهُمْ»

Ibn Qutayba informed us, he said: Ibn Abi al-Sarri informed us, he said: Abdul Razzaq informed us, he said: Ma'mar informed us, from Qatada, from Zurara ibn Awfa, from Sa'd ibn Hisham, from Aisha, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to not pray more than eleven rak'ahs in Ramadan or otherwise. He would pray four - and do not ask about their beauty and length - then four - and do not ask about their beauty and length - then three.
