أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الْخَلِيلِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَلَمَةَ بْنَ الْأَكْوَعِ قَالَ خَرَجْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُؤَذَّنَ بِالْأَذَانِ وَكَانَتْ لِقَاحُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ تَرْعَى بِذِي قَرَدٍ فَلَقِيَنِي غُلَامٌ لِعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ فَقَالَ أُخِذَتْ لِقَاحُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قُلْتُ مَنْ أَخَذَهَا؟ قَالَ غَطَفَانُ قَالَ فَصَرَخْتُ فَقُلْتُ يَا صَبَاحَاهُ فَأَسْمَعْتُ مَا بَيْنَ لَابَتَيِ الْمَدِينَةِ ثُمَّ انْدَفَعْتُ عَلَى وَجْهِي حَتَّى أَدْرَكْتُ الْقَوْمَ وَقَدْ أَخَذُوا يَسْتَقُونَ مِنَ الْمَاءِ فَجَعَلْتُ أَرْمِيهِمْ بِالنَّبْلِ وَكُنْتُ رَامِيًا وَجَعَلْتُ أَقُولُ

Muhammad bin Al-Hasan bin Al-Khalil narrated to us, saying: Hisham bin Ammar narrated to us, saying: Hatim bin Isma'il narrated to us, saying: Yazid bin Abi Ubaid narrated to us, who said: I heard Salamah bin Al-Akwa' saying: I went out before the call to prayer was made, and the milch camels of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) were grazing at Dhi Qarad.
