Umm al-Mu'minin Hadrat Aishah (may Allah be well pleased with her) narrated: The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) fell unconscious, and when he regained consciousness, he stated: "Has the call for prayer been made?" We said: No. He stated: "Tell Bilal to hasten with the prayer, and let Abu Bakr lead the people in prayer." She said: I submitted: O Messenger of Allah, Abu Bakr is a tender-hearted man; he will not be able to stand in your place. She said: He looked at me when he finished his words, then fell unconscious. When he regained consciousness, he stated: "Has the call for prayer been made?" She said: I said: No. He stated: "Tell Bilal to call for the prayer, and let Abu Bakr lead the people in prayer." She said: I gestured to Hafsah, and she said: O Prophet of Allah, Abu Bakr is a delicate man; he cannot recite without weeping. He looked at her when she finished her words, then the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) fell unconscious again. When he regained consciousness, he stated: "Has the call for prayer been made?" She said: I said: No. He stated: "Tell Bilal to call for the prayer, and let Abu Bakr lead the people in prayer, for verily you are like the female companions of Yusuf." Then the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) fell unconscious again. She said: Bilal called the iqamah and Abu Bakr led the people in prayer. Then the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) regained consciousness, and Nubah and Barirah came and carried him. Aishah said: It was as if I could see the toes of the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) dragging on the ground. She said: When Abu Bakr sensed the coming of the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), he wanted to step back, but the Prophet gestured to him to stay. She said: The Prophet of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was brought and placed beside Abu Bakr in the row.
الترجمة الأردية
اُمّ المؤمنین حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت ہے: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم بے ہوش ہو گئے، جب ہوش آیا تو ارشاد فرمایا: "کیا نماز کی اذان ہوئی؟" ہم نے عرض کیا: نہیں۔ ارشاد فرمایا: "بلال سے کہو نماز میں جلدی کریں اور ابو بکر لوگوں کو نماز پڑھائیں۔" فرمایا: میں نے عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! ابو بکر نرم دل آدمی ہیں، وہ آپ کی جگہ نہیں کھڑے ہو سکتے۔ فرمایا: آپ نے میری طرف دیکھا جب اپنی بات سے فارغ ہوئے، پھر بے ہوش ہو گئے۔ جب ہوش آیا تو ارشاد فرمایا: "کیا نماز کی اذان ہوئی؟" فرمایا: میں نے عرض کیا: نہیں۔ ارشاد فرمایا: "بلال سے کہو اذان دیں اور ابو بکر لوگوں کو نماز پڑھائیں۔" فرمایا: میں نے حفصہ کو اشارہ کیا تو انہوں نے عرض کیا: اے اللہ کے نبی! ابو بکر نرم طبیعت آدمی ہیں، قرآن پڑھتے وقت بغیر رونے کے نہیں رہ سکتے۔ آپ نے ان کی طرف دیکھا جب وہ اپنی بات سے فارغ ہوئیں، پھر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم دوبارہ بے ہوش ہو گئے۔ جب ہوش آیا تو ارشاد فرمایا: "کیا نماز کی اذان ہوئی؟" فرمایا: میں نے عرض کیا: نہیں۔ ارشاد فرمایا: "بلال سے کہو اذان دیں اور ابو بکر لوگوں کو نماز پڑھائیں، بے شک تم یوسف کی ساتھیوں جیسی ہو۔" پھر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم دوبارہ بے ہوش ہو گئے۔ فرمایا: بلال نے اقامت کہی اور ابو بکر نے لوگوں کو نماز پڑھائی۔ پھر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو ہوش آیا تو نوبہ اور بریرہ آئیں اور آپ کو اٹھا کر لائیں۔ حضرت عائشہ نے فرمایا: گویا میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے پاؤں کی انگلیوں کو زمین پر گھسٹتے دیکھ رہی تھی۔ فرمایا: جب ابو بکر نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی آمد محسوس کی تو پیچھے ہٹنا چاہا، مگر آپ نے اشارہ فرمایا کہ ٹھہرے رہو۔ فرمایا: نبی اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو لایا گیا اور ابو بکر کے برابر صف میں بٹھایا گیا۔
