Abu Ya'la informed us, saying: Abu Khaythamah narrated to us, saying: Waki' narrated to us from Sufyan from Asim from Zirr from Abd Allah that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'I saw the nations, and I saw a prophet with a group of followers, and a prophet with one or two men, and a prophet with no one with him. Then a great multitude was raised before me, and I thought they were my nation. It was said: This is Musa and his people. Look at the horizon. So I looked and saw a great multitude. It was said: Look at the other horizon. So I looked and saw a great multitude. It was said: This is your nation, and with them are seventy thousand who will enter Paradise without reckoning.' Then he got up and entered his house, and the people began to discuss those who would enter Paradise without reckoning. Some said: Perhaps they are those who accompanied the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). Others said: Perhaps they are those who were born in Islam and did not associate anything with Allah. And they mentioned other things. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came out to them and said: 'What are you discussing?' They informed him. He said: 'They are those who do not seek ruqyah, nor do they cauterize, nor do they practice augury, but they place their trust in their Lord.' So Ukkashah ibn Mihsan stood up and said: Pray to Allah that I be one of them. He said: 'You are one of them.' Then another man stood up and said: Pray to Allah that I be one of them. He said: 'Ukkashah has preceded you in that.'
