وَعَنْ عَمْرِوِ بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ, عَنْ أَبِيهِ, عَنْ جَدِّهِ; - رضى الله عنه - { أَنَّ رَجُلًا طَعَنَ رَجُلًا بِقَرْنٍ فِي رُكْبَتِهِ, فَجَاءَ إِلَى اَلنَّبِيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -فَقَالَ: أَقِدْنِي. فَقَالَ: "حَتَّى تَبْرَأَ". ثُمَّ جَاءَ إِلَيْهِ. فَقَالَ: أَقِدْنِي, فَأَقَادَهُ, ثُمَّ جَاءَ إِلَيْهِ. فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ! عَرِجْتُ, فَقَالَ: "قَدْ نَهَيْتُكَ فَعَصَيْتَنِي, فَأَبْعَدَكَ اَللَّهُ, وَبَطَلَ عَرَجُكَ". ثُمَّ نَهَى رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -"أَنْ يُقْتَصَّ مِنْ جُرْحٍ حَتَّى يَبْرَأَ صَاحِبُهُ" } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ, وَاَلدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ, وَأُعِلَّ بِالْإِرْسَالِ 1 .1 - حسن. رواه أحمد (217)، والدارقطني (3 /88)، وإعلاله بالإرسال لا يضره إذ له شواهد يصح بها. وقال الصنعاني: "في معناه أحاديث تزيده قوة". وقال ابن التركماني (8 /67): "روي من عدة طرق يشد بعضها بعضا".
الترجمة الإنجليزية
'Amro bin Shu’aib narrated on the authority of his father, on the authority of his grandfather (RAA), that a man stabbed another man in his knee with a horn. So he came to the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and said, ‘Retaliate on my behalf.’’ The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated to him, “Wait until your wound has healed.” The man came again and said, ‘O Beloved Messenger of Allah! Retaliate on my behalf.’ So, he allowed him to retaliate against the one who attacked him (by stabbing him the same way). Then he came again to the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and said, ‘O Beloved Messenger of Allah! I have become lame.’ The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated to him, “I forbade you (to take retaliation until your wound was healed) but you disobeyed me, may Allah keep you away from His mercy (for your disobedience), and as for your lameness you are not entitled to any compensation (as he retaliated before he discovered the lameness otherwise he would have been entitled half the Diyah).” Then Allah]s Messenger prohibited the following, ‘No retaliation is to be made for a wound before the victim is totally recovered.’ Related by Ahmad and Ad-Daraqutni.
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت عمرو بن شعیب اپنے والد سے اور وہ اپنے دادا سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ ایک شخص نے دوسرے شخص کے گھٹنے میں سینگ سے زخم لگایا۔ وہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے پاس آیا اور عرض کیا: مجھے قصاص دلوائیے۔ آپ نے فرمایا: ابھی نہیں، جب تک زخم ٹھیک نہ ہو جائے۔ پھر وہ آیا اور عرض کیا: قصاص دلوائیے تو آپ نے قصاص دلوا دیا۔ پھر وہ آیا اور عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! میں لنگڑا ہو گیا۔ فرمایا: میں نے تمہیں منع کیا تھا لیکن تم نے نہیں مانا، اللہ تمہیں دور رکھے اور تمہارا لنگڑا پن باطل ہے۔ پھر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے منع فرمایا کہ زخم کے ٹھیک ہونے سے پہلے قصاص لیا جائے۔ اسے احمد اور دارقطنی نے روایت کیا اور مرسل ہونے کی علت بیان کی گئی ہے۔
