The Mother of the Believers, Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), said that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) went to Duba'a bint al-Zubayr (ibn Abd al-Muttalib) and asked her, "Do you intend to perform Hajj?" She said, "(Yes,) but I am afflicted with severe pain." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Then set out for Hajj and make the condition, 'O Allah, my place of coming out of ihram is wherever You hold me back (by the excuse of some illness or the like).'" And Duba'a (may Allah be pleased with her) was married to al-Miqdad ibn al-Aswad (may Allah be pleased with him).

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا فرماتی ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے ضباعہ بنت زبیر (ابن عبدالمطلب) کے پاس جا کر اس سے پوچھا:”کیا تیرا حج کا ارادہ ہے؟“اس نے کہا (ہاں) مگر مجھے شدید درد لاحق ہے۔ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”تو حج کو چلی جا اور (اس میں) شرط کر لے کہ اے اللہ میرے احرام سے باہر ہونے کی جگہ وہ ہے جہاں تو مجھ کو (میری کسی بیماری وغیرہ کے عذر سے) روک دے۔“اور ضباعہ رضی اللہ عنہ مقداد بن اسود رضی اللہ عنہ کے نکاح میں تھیں۔[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 1834]
