It is narrated by Hadrat `Hadrat Imran bin Husain that they were with the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) on a journey. They travelled the whole night, and when dawn approached, they took a rest and sleep overwhelmed them till the sun rose high in the sky. The first to get up was Hadrat Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (may Allah be well pleased with him). the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) used not to be awakened from his sleep, but he would wake up by himself. `Umar woke up and then Hadrat Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (may Allah be well pleased with him) sat by the side of the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) 's head and started saying: Allahu-Akbar raising his voice till the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) woke up, (and after traveling for a while) he dismounted and led us in the morning prayer. A man amongst the people failed to join us in the prayer. When the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) had finished the prayer, he asked (the man), "O so-and-so! What prevented you from offering the prayer with us?" He replied, "I am Junub." the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) ordered him to perform Tayammam with clean earth. The man then offered the prayer. the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) ordered me and a few others to go ahead of him. We had become very thirsty. While we were on our way (looking for water), we came across a lady (riding an animal), hanging her legs between two water-skins. We asked her, "Where can we get water?" She replied, "Oh ! There is no water." We asked, "how far is your house from the water?" She replied, "A distance of a day and a night travel." We said, "Come on to the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) ." She asked, "What is the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) ?" So we brought her to the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) against her will, and she told him what she had told us before and added that she was the mother of orphans. So the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) ordered that her two water-skins be brought and he rubbed the mouths of the water-skins. As we were thirsty, we drank till we quenched our thirst and we were forty men. We also filled all our waterskins and other utensils with water, but we did not water the camels. The waterskin was so full that it was almost about to burst. the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) then stated, "Bring what (foodstuff) you have." So some dates and pieces of bread were collected for the lady, and when she went to her people, she said, "I have met either the greatest magician or a prophet as the people claim." So Allah guided the people of that village through that lady. She embraced Islam and they all embraced Islam
الترجمة الأردية
ہم سے حضرت ابوالولید نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سلم بن زریر نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے ابورجاء سے سنا کہ ہم سے حضرت عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ وہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے ساتھ ایک سفر میں تھے، رات بھر سب لوگ چلتے رہے جب صبح کا وقت قریب ہوا تو پڑاؤ کیا ( چونکہ ہم تھکے ہوئے تھے ) اس لیے سب لوگ اتنی گہری نیند سو گئے کہ سورج پوری طرح نکل آیا۔ سب سے پہلے حضرت ابوبکر صدیق رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ جاگے۔ لیکن آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو، جب آپ سوتے ہوتے تو جگاتے نہیں تھے تاآنکہ آپ خود ہی جاگتے، پھر حضرت عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ بھی جاگ گئے۔ آخر حضرت ابوبکر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ آپ کے سر مبارک کے قریب بیٹھ گئے اور بلند آواز سے اللہ اکبر کہنے لگے۔ اس سے آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم بھی جاگ گئے اور وہاں سے کوچ کا حکم دے دیا۔ ( پھر کچھ فاصلے پر تشریف لائے ) اور یہاں آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم اترے اور آپ نے ہمیں صبح کی نماز پڑھائی۔ ایک شخص ہم سے دور کونے میں بیٹھا رہا۔ اس نے ہمارے ساتھ نماز نہیں پڑھی۔ آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم جب نماز سے فارغ ہوئے تو آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے اس سے فرمایا: اے فلاں! ہمارے ساتھ نماز پڑھنے سے تجھے کس چیز نے روکا؟ اس نے عرض کیا کہ مجھے غسل کی حاجت ہو گئی ہے۔ آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے اسے حکم دیا کہ پاک مٹی سے تیمم کر لو ( پھر اس نے بھی تیمم کے بعد ) نماز پڑھی۔ عمران رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ پھر آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے مجھے چند سواروں کے ساتھ آگے بھیج دیا۔ ( تاکہ پانی تلاش کریں کیونکہ ) ہمیں سخت پیاس لگی ہوئی تھی، اب ہم اسی حالت میں چل رہے تھے کہ ہمیں ایک عورت ملی جو دو مشکوں کے درمیان ( سواری پر ) اپنے پاؤں لٹکائے ہوئے جا رہی تھی۔ ہم نے اس سے کہا کہ پانی کہاں ملتا ہے؟ اس نے جواب دیا کہ یہاں پانی نہیں ہے۔ ہم نے اس سے پوچھا کہ تمہارے گھر سے پانی کتنے فاصلے پر ہے؟ اس نے جواب دیا کہ ایک دن ایک رات کا فاصلہ ہے، ہم نے اس سے کہا کہ اچھا تم رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی خدمت میں چلو، وہ بولی رسول اللہ کے کیا معنی ہیں؟ عمران رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں، آخر ہم اسے نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی خدمت میں لائے، اس نے آپ سے بھی وہی کہا جو ہم سے کہہ چکی تھی۔ ہاں اتنا اور کہا کہ وہ یتیم بچوں کی ماں ہے ( اس لیے واجب الرحم ہے ) آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے حکم سے اس کے دونوں مشکیزوں کو اتارا گیا اور آپ نے ان کے دہانوں پر دست مبارک پھیرا۔ ہم چالیس پیاسے آدمیوں نے اس میں سے خوب سیراب ہو کر پیا اور اپنے تمام مشکیزے اور بالٹیاں بھی بھر لیں صرف ہم نے اونٹوں کو پانی نہیں پلایا، اس کے باوجود اس کی مشکیں پانی سے اتنی بھری ہوئی تھیں کہ معلوم ہوتا تھا ابھی بہہ پڑیں گی۔ اس کے بعد آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ جو کچھ تمہارے پاس ہے ( کھانے کی چیزوں میں سے ) میرے پاس لاؤ۔ چنانچہ اس عورت کے لیے روٹی کے ٹکڑے اور کھجوریں لا کر جمع کر دیں گئیں۔ پھر جب وہ اپنے قبیلے میں آئی تو اپنے آدمیوں سے اس نے کہا کہ آج میں سب سے بڑے جادوگر سے مل کر آئی ہوں یا پھر جیسا کہ ( اس کے ماننے والے ) لوگ فرماتے ہیں، وہ واقعی نبی ہے۔ آخر اللہ تعالیٰ نے اس کے قبیلے کو اسی عورت کی وجہ سے ہدایت دی، وہ خود بھی اسلام لائی اور تمام قبیلے والوں نے بھی اسلام قبول کر لیا۔
