It is narrated by Hadrat Abu Hurayra (may Allah be well pleased with him) who states that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) declared: "Whoever believes in Allah and His Messenger, establishes the prayer and fasts during Ramadan, it is a right upon Allah that He shall admit him into Paradise, whether he strives in the path of Allah or remains in the land where he was born." The Companions (may Allah be well pleased with them) submitted: O Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), shall we not give the people this glad tidings? He stated: "Indeed, in Paradise there are a hundred grades which Allah has prepared for those who strive in His path; the distance between two grades is like the distance between the heaven and the earth. So when you ask Allah, ask Him for al-Firdaws, for it is the best and highest part of Paradise" — the narrator says, I believe the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) also said — "above it is the Throne of the Most Merciful, and from it spring forth the rivers of Paradise." Muhammad bin Fulayh narrated from his father: "And above it is the Throne of the Most Merciful."
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے، فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: "جو شخص اللہ پر اور اس کے رسول پر ایمان لائے، نماز قائم کرے اور رمضان کے روزے رکھے، اللہ تعالیٰ پر حق ہے کہ اسے جنت میں داخل فرمائے، خواہ وہ اللہ کے راستے میں جہاد کرے یا اپنی سرزمین میں بیٹھا رہے جہاں وہ پیدا ہوا۔" صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہم نے عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! کیا ہم لوگوں کو اس کی بشارت نہ دے دیں؟ ارشاد فرمایا: "جنت میں سو درجے ہیں جو اللہ تعالیٰ نے اپنے راستے میں جہاد کرنے والوں کے لیے تیار فرمائے ہیں، دو درجوں کے درمیان اتنا فاصلہ ہے جتنا آسمان اور زمین کے درمیان ہے۔ پس جب تم اللہ تعالیٰ سے مانگو تو فردوس مانگو، کیونکہ وہ جنت کا سب سے بہتر اور سب سے بلند حصہ ہے — میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ آپ نے فرمایا — اس کے اوپر رحمٰن کا عرش ہے اور اسی سے جنت کی نہریں پھوٹتی ہیں۔" محمد بن فلیح نے اپنے والد سے «وفوقه عرش الرحمن» ہی روایت کیا ہے۔
