حَدَّثَنا مُحَمَّد بن موسى القطان الواسطي حدثنا عمران بن أبان حدثنا محمد بن مسلم عنِ ابنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ مُجاهد عَنِ أبي هريرة رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لا تلقوا الركبان ولا يبع حاضر لباد فمن ابتاع مصراة فله أن يردها وصاعا من طعاموَهَذَا الحديثُ لاَ نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنِ ابْنِ أبي نجيح عن مُجاهد عن أبي هريرة رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ إلاَّ محمد بن مسلم ورواه عن محمد بن مسلم عمران بن أبان وأبو حذيفة
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Musa al-Qattan al-Wasiti narrated to us, Imran ibn Aban narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Muslim narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid, from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) who stated: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: «Do not intercept the caravans, and a resident should not sell on behalf of a desert-dweller. Whoever buys a musarrah (animal with milk withheld to deceive the buyer), he may return it along with a sa' of food.» This hadith — we do not know that anyone narrated it from Ibn Abi Najih from Mujahid from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) except Muhammad ibn Muslim. Imran ibn Aban and Abu Hudhaifah narrated it from Muhammad ibn Muslim.
