حدثنا أحمد بن الوزير حَدَّثَنا أبو عاصم حَدَّثَنا طلحة عن عَطَاء عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّكُمْ لن تسعوا الناس بأموالكم ولكن يسعهم منكم بسط الوجه وحسن الخلقوطلحة بن عمرو فقد تقدم ذكرنا له بلينه فاستغنينا عن إعادة ذكره بعد
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ahmad ibn al-Wazir narrated to us, Abu Asim narrated to us, Talhah narrated to us, from Ata', from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him), from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: «You cannot encompass people with your wealth, but you can encompass them with a cheerful face and good character.» As for Talhah ibn Amr, we have mentioned his weakness previously, so there is no need to repeat it.
