وَحَدَّثَنا أحمد بن المعلى الأدمي حَدَّثَنا مُحَمَّد بن محبب أبو همام حَدَّثَنا إبراهيم بن طهمان عن سهيل بن أبي صالح عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قال من بات وفي يده غمر فأصابه شيء فلا يلومن إلا نفسهوهذا الكلام لا يُعلم رواه عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إلا مَنْصُور بن أبي الأسود وسهيل بن أبي صالح عن الأعمش من بات وفي يده غمر فأصابه شيء فلا يلومن إلا نفسهوهذا الكلام لا يُعلم رواه عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إلا مَنْصُور بن أبي الأسود وسهيل بن أبي صالح عن الأعمش

And Ahmad ibn al-Mu'alla al-Adami narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Mahbub Abu Hammam narrated to us, Ibrahim ibn Tahman narrated to us, from Suhail ibn Abi Salih, from al-A'mash, from Abu Salih, from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him), from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: «Whoever sleeps while his hand has the smell of food and something afflicts him, let him blame no one but himself.» This statement — it is not known to be narrated from al-A'mash, from Abu Salih, from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him), from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) except by Mansur ibn Abi al-Aswad and Suhail ibn Abi Salih from al-A'mash.
