حدثنا عمرو بن علي حَدَّثَنا أبو معاوية حدثنا الأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لعن الله السارق يسرق البيضة فتقطع يده ويسرق الحبل فتقطع يده
الترجمة الإنجليزية
And with it, from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: «The Imam is a shield. The prayer is offered behind him and protection is sought through him.»
