And Amr narrated to us, saying: (Abu) Asim narrated to us, saying: Ibn Ajlan narrated to us from his father from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "The best charity is that which is given from surplus wealth. The upper hand is better than the lower hand, and begin with those who are under your care."
