حَدَّثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ قال أَخْبَرنا عَبد العزيز بن مُحَمد عَن العلاء عَن أَبِيه عَن أَبِي هُرَيرة عَن النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قَالَ أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا لا إِلَهَ إلاَّ الله فإذا شهدوا أن لا إله إلاَّ الله وآمنوا بي وبما جئت به عصموا أَحسَبُهُ قال مني دماءهم إلاَّ بحقها وحسابهم على الله اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قَالَ أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا لا إِلَهَ إلاَّ الله فإذا شهدوا أن لا إله إلاَّ الله وآمنوا بي وبما جئت به عصموا أَحسَبُهُ قال مني دماءهم إلاَّ بحقها وحسابهم على الله
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ahmad ibn Abdah narrated to us, saying: Abd al-Aziz ibn Muhammad informed us from al-Ala from his father from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: "I have been commanded to fight the people until they say 'La ilaha illallah (There is no god but Allah).' When they testify that there is no god but Allah and believe in me and what I have brought, they have protected" — I believe he said — "from me their blood, except by its right, and their reckoning is with Allah."
