وحَدَّثنا مُحَمد بن بَشَّار قَال حَدَّثنا عَبد الوهاب قَال حَدَّثنا مُحَمد بن عَمْرو عَن أبي سَلَمَة عَن أبي هُرَيرة قَالَ قَالَ رَسُول اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم إن الكريم ابن الكريم ابن الْكَرِيمِ يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقَوبَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إبراهيم وَقال رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم لو لبثت في السجن ما لبث يوسف ثُمَّ جاءني الداعي لأجبت وَقال رحمة الله على لوط لقد كان يأوى إلى ركن شديد إذ قال لقومه لو أن لي بكم قوة أو ءاوى إلى ركن شديد قال فما بعث بعده نبي إلاَّ بعث في ثروة من قومه إن الكريم ابن الكريم ابن الْكَرِيمِ يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقَوبَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إبراهيم وَقال رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم لو لبثت في السجن ما لبث يوسف ثُمَّ جاءني الداعي لأجبت وَقال رحمة الله على لوط لقد كان يأوى إلى ركن شديد إذ قال لقومه لو أن لي بكم قوة أو ءاوى إلى ركن شديد قال فما بعث بعده نبي إلاَّ بعث في ثروة من قومه
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Bashar narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Wahhab narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Amr narrated to us, from Abu Salamah, from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: «Indeed, the most noble, the son of the most noble, the son of the most noble, is Yusuf, the son of Ya'qub, the son of Ishaq, the son of Ibrahim.» And the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: «Had I stayed in prison as long as Yusuf stayed, and then the caller came to me, I would have responded.» And he stated: «May the mercy of Allah be upon Lut. Indeed, he used to take refuge in a mighty support when he said to his people: 'Would that I had strength against you or could take refuge in a strong support.' After him, no prophet was sent except among a prominent number of his people.»
