Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us: 'Amr ibn 'Asim narrated to us: Hammad narrated to us from Thabit from Anas from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: «Any supplication made by a Muslim that does not involve sin or the severing of kinship ties — Allah will give him one of three things: He will hasten the fulfillment of his supplication, or He will store it for him in the Hereafter, or He will avert from him an equal amount of evil.»
