الترجمة الإنجليزية
Tamim ibn al-Muntasir al-Wasiti narrated to us, Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, Mubarak ibn Fadalah informed us, from al-Hasan, from Hadrat Anas (may Allah be well pleased with him), that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) used to deliver sermons leaning against a palm tree trunk before he took the pulpit. When he took the pulpit, the trunk moaned. So the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) came to it and embraced it, and it became silent. We do not know anyone who narrated this hadith from al-Hasan, from Anas except Mubarak and Salim al-Khayyat.
