حَدَّثنا خَالِدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ قَال حَدَّثنا أبي قَال حَدَّثنا جعفر بن سَعْد قَال حَدَّثنا خُبَيْبُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَن أَبيهِ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ سَمُرة عَنْ سَمُرة بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم كَانَ يَنْهَى رَبَّ النَّخْلِ أَنْ يَتَدَيَّنَ فِي ثَمَرَةِ نَخْلِهِ حَتَّى يُؤْكَلَ مِنْ ثَمَرِهَا مَخَافَةَ أَنْ يَتَدَيَّنَ بِدَيْنٍ كَثِيرٍ ثُمَّ تَفْسُدَ الثَّمَرَةُ وَكان يَنْهَى رَبُّ الزَّرْعِ أَنْ لا يَدَّانَ فِي زَرْعِهِ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْحَصَادَ اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم كَانَ يَنْهَى رَبَّ النَّخْلِ أَنْ يَتَدَيَّنَ فِي ثَمَرَةِ نَخْلِهِ حَتَّى يُؤْكَلَ مِنْ ثَمَرِهَا مَخَافَةَ أَنْ يَتَدَيَّنَ بِدَيْنٍ كَثِيرٍ ثُمَّ تَفْسُدَ الثَّمَرَةُ وَكان يَنْهَى رَبُّ الزَّرْعِ أَنْ لا يَدَّانَ فِي زَرْعِهِ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْحَصَادَ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Narrated Samurah ibn Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to prohibit the owner of palm trees from borrowing against the fruit of his palms until some of the fruit could be eaten, for fear that he would borrow a large amount and then the fruit would spoil. He also used to prohibit the owner of crops from borrowing against his crops until the harvest time.
