أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَفْتَرِقَا أَوْ يَكُونَ خِيَارًا
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Narrated Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'The buyer and seller have the option as long as they have not separated, or it is an optional sale.'
