حَدَّثنا مُحَمد بْنُ مَعْمَر وَصَفْوَانُ بْنُ الْمُغَلِّسِ قَالاَ حَدَّثنَا عُبَيد اللَّهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُوسَى عَنْ يُوسُفَ بن صهيب بْنِ بُرَيدة عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً حَذَفَتِ امْرَأَةً فَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيه وَسَلَّم في ولدها خمسمِئَة وَنَهَى يَوْمَئِذٍ عَنِ الْحَذْفِوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ عَبد اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيدة إلاَّ يُوسُفُ بْنُ صُهَيْبٍ فَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيه وَسَلَّم في ولدها خمسمِئَة وَنَهَى يَوْمَئِذٍ عَنِ الْحَذْفِوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ عَبد اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيدة إلاَّ يُوسُفُ بْنُ صُهَيْبٍ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Ma'mar and Safwan ibn al-Mughallis narrated to us, they said: Ubaydullah, meaning Ibn Musa, narrated to us from Yusuf ibn Suhayb from Ibn Burayda from his father (may Allah be pleased with him) that a woman struck another woman [causing her to miscarry], and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ruled regarding her child [a blood-money of] five hundred [dirhams], and he forbade on that day throwing stones [as a weapon]. This hadith, we do not know anyone who narrated it from Abdullah ibn Burayda except Yusuf ibn Suhayb.
