حَدَّثنا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ سَهْل وَالحَسن بْنُ يُونُسَ قَالاَ حَدَّثنَا إسحاق بن منصور قَال حَدَّثنا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَن جَابِرٍ عَنْ عَبد اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيدة عَن أَبيهِ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُول اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم لَنْ يُبْتَلَى عَبد بِشَيْءٍ أَشَدَّ عَلَيْهِ مِنَ الشِّرْكِ بِاللَّهِ وَلَنْ يُبْتَلَى عَبد بِشَيْءٍ بَعْدَ الشِّرْكِ بِاللَّهِ أَشَدَّ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ ذَهَابِ بَصَرِهِ ولن يبتلى عَبد بذهاب بصره فصبر إلاَّ غُفِرَ لَهُوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَن بُرَيدة إلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ ولاَ نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ إلاَّ إِسْحَاقُ بن منصور اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم لَنْ يُبْتَلَى عَبد بِشَيْءٍ أَشَدَّ عَلَيْهِ مِنَ الشِّرْكِ بِاللَّهِ وَلَنْ يُبْتَلَى عَبد بِشَيْءٍ بَعْدَ الشِّرْكِ بِاللَّهِ أَشَدَّ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ ذَهَابِ بَصَرِهِ ولن يبتلى عَبد بذهاب بصره فصبر إلاَّ غُفِرَ لَهُوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَن بُرَيدة إلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ ولاَ نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ إلاَّ إِسْحَاقُ بن منصور
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Al-Fadl ibn Sahl and al-Hasan ibn Yunus narrated to us, they said: Ishaq ibn Mansur narrated to us, he said: Isra'il narrated to us from Jabir from Abdullah ibn Burayda from his father (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A servant will not be tested with anything more severe upon him than associating partners with Allah. And a servant will not be tested with anything after associating partners with Allah more severe upon him than the loss of his sight. And no servant is tested with the loss of his sight and remains patient except that he will be forgiven." This hadith, we do not know it to be narrated from Burayda except through this route, and we do not know anyone who narrated it from Isra'il except Ishaq ibn Mansur.
