حَدَّثنا مُحَمد بْنُ بَشَّار وَبِشْرُ بْنُ آدَمَ قَالاَ حَدَّثنَا حَرَمِيُّ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ أَبِي حَفْصَةَ قَال حَدَّثنا شُعْبَةُ عَن عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ عَن سُلَيمان بْنِ بُرَيدة عَن أَبيهِ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قَالَ حُرْمَةُ نِسَاءِ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ عَلَى الْقَاعِدِينَ كَحُرْمَةِ أُمَّهَاتِهِمْ وَمَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ مِنَ الْقَاعِدِينَ خَلَفَ رَجُلا من المجاهدين خَلَفَ رَجُلا مِنَ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ فِي أَهْلِهِ إلاَّ قِيلَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ خُذْ مِنْ حَسَنَاتِهِ مَا شِئْتَ قَالَ فَمَا ظَنُّكُمْوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ قَدْ رَوَاهُ الثَّوْرِيّ وَغَيْرُهُ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ ولاَ نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ إلاَّ حَرَمِيٌّ اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قَالَ حُرْمَةُ نِسَاءِ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ عَلَى الْقَاعِدِينَ كَحُرْمَةِ أُمَّهَاتِهِمْ وَمَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ مِنَ الْقَاعِدِينَ خَلَفَ رَجُلا من المجاهدين خَلَفَ رَجُلا مِنَ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ فِي أَهْلِهِ إلاَّ قِيلَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ خُذْ مِنْ حَسَنَاتِهِ مَا شِئْتَ قَالَ فَمَا ظَنُّكُمْوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ قَدْ رَوَاهُ الثَّوْرِيّ وَغَيْرُهُ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ ولاَ نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ إلاَّ حَرَمِيٌّ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Bashshar and Bishr ibn Adam narrated to us, they said: Harami ibn Umara ibn Abi Hafsa narrated to us, he said: Shu'ba narrated to us from Alqama ibn Marthad from Sulayman ibn Burayda from his father (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) who said: "The sanctity of the wives of the mujahidin upon those who stay behind is like the sanctity of their own mothers. There is no man among those who stay behind who takes charge of a mujahid's family, except that it will be said to him on the Day of Judgment: Take from his good deeds whatever you wish." He said: "So what do you think?" This hadith has been narrated by ath-Thawri and others from Alqama, and we do not know anyone who narrated it from Shu'ba except Harami.
