حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ ابْنِ أُخْتِ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ غِيَاثٍ قَالَ نَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ قَالَ نَا بَكَّارٌ ابْنُ أَخِي مُوسَى بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ عَنْ عَمِّهِ مُوسَى بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ عَنْ إِيَاسَ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَيُصِيبُكَ بَعْدِي بَلَاءٌ قُلْتُ فِي اللَّهِ قَالَ فِي اللَّهِ قُلْتُ مَرْحَبًا بِأَمْرِ اللَّهِ فَقَالَ يَا أَبَا ذَرٍّ اسْمَعْ وَأَطِعْ وَأَحْسَبُهُ قَالَ وَلَوْ لِعَبْدٍ أَسْوَدَ وَلَا نَعْلَمُ رَوَى سَلَمَةُ بْنُ الْأَكْوَعِ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ إِلَّا هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ وَلَا نَعْلَمُ لَهُ طَرِيقًا إِلَّا هَذَا الطَّرِيقَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَيُصِيبُكَ بَعْدِي بَلَاءٌ قُلْتُ فِي اللَّهِ قَالَ فِي اللَّهِ قُلْتُ مَرْحَبًا بِأَمْرِ اللَّهِ فَقَالَ يَا أَبَا ذَرٍّ اسْمَعْ وَأَطِعْ وَأَحْسَبُهُ قَالَ وَلَوْ لِعَبْدٍ أَسْوَدَ وَلَا نَعْلَمُ رَوَى سَلَمَةُ بْنُ الْأَكْوَعِ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ إِلَّا هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ وَلَا نَعْلَمُ لَهُ طَرِيقًا إِلَّا هَذَا الطَّرِيقَ

Muhammad ibn Hashim, the nephew of Abd al-Wahid ibn Ghiyath, narrated to us, he said: Hafs ibn Umar narrated to us, he said: Bakkar, the nephew of Musa ibn Ubaydah, narrated to us, from his uncle Musa ibn Ubaydah, from Iyas ibn Salamah, from his father, from Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to me: "A trial will afflict you after me." I said: For the sake of Allah? He said: "For the sake of Allah." I said: Welcome then to the decree of Allah. He said: "O Abu Dharr, hear and obey" -- and I think he said -- "even if it be to a black slave." We do not know of Salamah ibn al-Akwa' narrating from Abu Dharr except this hadith, and we do not know of any route for it except this route.
