حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ قَالَ نَا مَهْدِيُّ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ قَالَ نَا أَبُو الْوَازِعِ عَنْ أَبِي بَرْزَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَ رَجُلًا إِلَى حَيٍّ مِنْ أَحْيَاءِ الْعَرَبِ فَضَرَبُوهُ وَسَبُّوهُ فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخْبَرَهُ فَقَالَ لَوْ أَهْلَ عُمَانَ أَتَيْتَ إِذًا مَا ضَرَبُوكَ وَلَا سَبُّوكَ بَعَثَ رَجُلًا إِلَى حَيٍّ مِنْ أَحْيَاءِ الْعَرَبِ فَضَرَبُوهُ وَسَبُّوهُ فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخْبَرَهُ فَقَالَ لَوْ أَهْلَ عُمَانَ أَتَيْتَ إِذًا مَا ضَرَبُوكَ وَلَا سَبُّوكَ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
'Abd al-Wahid ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, he said: Mahdi ibn Maymun narrated to us, he said: Abu al-Wazi' narrated to us, from Abu Barzah, may Allah be well pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, sent a man to one of the Arab tribes, but they beat him and insulted him. He came to the Prophet, blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, and informed him. He said: "Had you gone to the people of Oman, they would not have beaten you or insulted you."
