حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ أَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ حَفْصٍ قَالَ نَا عَاصِمٌ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَرَأَ بَلَى قَدْ جَاءَتْكَ آيَاتِي فَكَذَّبْتَ بِهَا وَاسْتَكْبَرْتَ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا يَرْوِيهِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَّا أَبُو بَكْرَةَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَا رَوَاهُ إِلَّا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ حَفْصٍ الْأَرْطَبَانِيُّ بَلَى قَدْ جَاءَتْكَ آيَاتِي فَكَذَّبْتَ بِهَا وَاسْتَكْبَرْتَ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا يَرْوِيهِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَّا أَبُو بَكْرَةَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَا رَوَاهُ إِلَّا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ حَفْصٍ الْأَرْطَبَانِيُّ

Nasr ibn Ali narrated to us, he said: Abdullah ibn Hafs informed us, he said: Asim al-Jahdari narrated to us, from Abu Bakrah, may Allah be well pleased with him, that the Prophet, blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, recited: "Yes indeed, My verses came to you, but you denied them and were arrogant" [Quran 39:59]. This hadith - we do not know anyone who narrates it from the Messenger of Allah, blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, except Abu Bakrah with this chain, and no one narrated it except Abdullah ibn Hafs al-Artabani.
