وَأَخْبَرَنَاهُ يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ التَّنُوخِيُّ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي حُسَيْنٍ عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كُلُّ عَرَفَاتٍ مَوْقِفٌ وَارْتَفِعُوا عَنْ عُرَنَةَ وَكُلُّ مُزْدَلِفَةَ مَوْقِفٌ وَارْتَفِعُوا عَنْ مُحَسِّرٍ وَكُلُّ فِجَاجِ مِنًى مَنْحَرٌ وَفِي كُلِّ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ ذَبْحٌ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا قَالَ فِيهِ عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ إِلَّا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ وَهُوَ رَجُلٌ لَيْسَ بِالْحَافِظِ وَلَا يُحْتَجُّ بِهِ إِذَا انْفَرَدَ بِحَدِيثٍ وَحَدِيثُ ابْنِ أَبِي حُسَيْنٍ هَذَا هُوَ الصَّوَابُ وَابْنُ أَبِي حُسَيْنٍ لَمْ يَلْقَ جُبَيْرَ بْنَ مُطْعِمٍ وَإِنَّمَا ذَكَرْنَا هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ لِأَنَّا لَمْ نَحْفَظْ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي كُلِّ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ ذَبْحٌ إِلَّا فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ فَمِنْ أَجْلِ ذَلِكَ ذَكَرْنَاهُ وَبَيَّنَا الْعِلَّةَ فِيهِ

Yusuf ibn Musa also narrated it to us, he said: Abd al-Malik ibn Abd al-Aziz narrated to us, he said: Sa'id ibn Abd al-Aziz al-Tanukhi narrated to us from Sulayman ibn Musa from Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Husayn from Jubayr ibn Mut'im (may Allah be well pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: 'All of Arafat is a standing place, but keep away from Uranah. All of Muzdalifah is a standing place, but keep away from Muhassir. All the mountain passes of Mina are a place of sacrifice, and in all the days of Tashriq there is sacrifice.' This hadith — we do not know of anyone who said in it 'from Nafi' ibn Jubayr from his father' except Suwayd ibn Abd al-Aziz, and he is a man who is not a strong memorizer and cannot be used as proof when he narrates alone. The hadith of Ibn Abi Husayn is the correct one, and Ibn Abi Husayn did not meet Jubayr ibn Mut'im. We mentioned this hadith because we do not preserve from the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) that he said 'in all the days of Tashriq there is sacrifice' except in this hadith, so for that reason we mentioned it and explained the defect in it.
