قَالَ عَمْرٌو وَأَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَاصِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِرَ وَلَا الْكَافِرُ الْمُسْلِمَ

'Amr said: And Abu 'Asim informed us, from Ibn Jurayj, who said: al-Zuhri narrated to me, he said: 'Ali ibn Husayn informed us, from 'Amr ibn 'Uthman, from Usamah ibn Zayd (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) who said: 'A Muslim does not inherit from a disbeliever, nor does a disbeliever inherit from a Muslim.'
