الترجمة الإنجليزية
Amr narrated to us, he said: Abdullah ibn Wahb informed us, from Ibn Lahi'ah, from Ja'far ibn Rabi'ah, from 'Irak ibn Malik, from Abu al-Yasar (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) prohibited making nabidh (drink) from dates and raisins together. Abu Bakr said: In this hadith, Ibn Lahi'ah said from Ja'far, from 'Irak, from Abu al-Yasar, while others besides Ibn Lahi'ah said from 'Irak, from Abu Hurayrah. We have mentioned the hadith of Abu al-Yasar since it is rarer, and perhaps the hadith of Abu Hurayrah contains an addition which we will mention in its proper place, God willing.
