حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْأَنْمَاطِيُّ قَالَ نا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الدَّشْتَكِيُّ قَالَ نا عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي قَيْسٍ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمِيرَةَ عَنِ الْأَحْنَفِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ عَبَّادُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ قَالَ نا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي ثَوْرٍ قَالَ نا سِمَاكٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمِيرَةَ عَنِ الْأَحْنَفِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ أَنَّهُ زَعَمَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ جَالِسًا فِي الْبَطْحَاءِ فِي عِصَابَةٍ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَالِسٌ مَعَهُمْ إِذْ مَرَّتْ عَلَيْهِمْ سَحَابَةٌ فَنَظَرُوا إِلَيْهَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هَلْ تَدْرُونَ مَا اسْمُ هَذِهِ قَالُوا نَعَمْ السَّحَابُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَعَمْ وَالْمُزْنُ وَالْعَنانُ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَالِسٌ مَعَهُمْ إِذْ مَرَّتْ عَلَيْهِمْ سَحَابَةٌ فَنَظَرُوا إِلَيْهَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هَلْ تَدْرُونَ مَا اسْمُ هَذِهِ قَالُوا نَعَمْ السَّحَابُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَعَمْ وَالْمُزْنُ وَالْعَنانُ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Narrated al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib: He claimed that he was sitting in al-Batha with a group while the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was sitting with them, when a cloud passed over them and they looked at it. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do you know what this is called?" They said: "Yes, it is the clouds (al-sahab)." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Yes, and also al-muzn (rain clouds) and al-anan (the sky covering)." This hadith is not known to be narrated with these words and this wording except from this angle, from al-Abbas from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Abdullah ibn Umayrah is not known to have anyone narrate from him except Simak ibn Harb, and Simak has narrated from him more than one hadith.
