الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu al-Husayn ibn Bishran informed us... from Jarir ibn Rabah's father that they found a grave in al-Mada'in containing a man wearing clothes woven with gold, and they found wealth with him. They brought it to Ammar ibn Yasir (may Allah be pleased with him), who wrote about it to Umar (may Allah be pleased with him). Umar wrote back: 'Give it to them and do not strip him.' The Shaykh said: If they found it in unclaimed land, they owned it and the fifth was due. Perhaps it did not reach the minimum threshold, or he left it to them to take out the fifth themselves. And Allah knows best.
