قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ثنا إِسْرَائِيلُ بْنُ يُونُسَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ مَا سَقَتِ السَّمَاءُ فَمِنْ كُلِّ عَشَرَةٍ وَاحِدٌ وَمَا سُقِيَ بِالْغَرْبِ فَمَنْ كُلِّ عِشْرِينَ وَاحِدٌ مَا سَقَتِ السَّمَاءُ فَمِنْ كُلِّ عَشَرَةٍ وَاحِدٌ وَمَا سُقِيَ بِالْغَرْبِ فَمَنْ كُلِّ عِشْرِينَ وَاحِدٌ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
He said: And Yahya narrated to us: Isra'il ibn Yunus narrated from Abu Ishaq, from Asim ibn Damra, from Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: What the sky waters, then from every ten, one; and what is irrigated by the water wheel, then from every twenty, one. What the sky waters, then from every ten, one; and what is irrigated by the water wheel, then from every twenty, one.
