وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ ثنا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ لَيْسَ فِي الْخُضَرِ وَالْبُقُولِ صَدَقَةٌ تَابَعَهُ الْأَجْلَحُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَرُوِيَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ مَرْفُوعًا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَرُوِيَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ فِيمَا ذَكَرَتْ أَنَّ السُّنَّةَ جَرَتْ بِهِ وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا نَبَتَتِ الْأَرْضُ مِنَ الْخُضَرِ زَكَاةٌ 7484 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ ثنا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ لَا صَدَقَةَ إِلَّا فِي نَخْلٍ أَوْ عِنَبٍ أَوْ حَبٍّ وَلَيْسَ فِي شَيْءٍ مِنَ الْخُضَرِ بَعْدُ وَالْفَوَاكِهِ كُلِّهَا صَدَقَةٌ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Sa'id ibn Abi 'Amr narrated to us... from Abu Ishaq, from 'Asim ibn Damrah, from 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: 'There is no charity on vegetables and herbs.' Al-Ajlah corroborated this from Abu Ishaq. It was also narrated from another path from 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) raised to the Prophet (peace be upon him). And from 'A'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her), who mentioned that the Sunnah established it: 'There is no zakah on what the earth grows of vegetables.' And from 'Ata' who said: 'No charity is due except on palm trees, grapes, or grain - there is no charity on any of the vegetables and all fruits thereafter.'
