أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى الْخَطِيبُ ثنا أَبُو بَحْرٍ الْبَرْبَهَارِيُّ ثنا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ مُعَاذَ بْنِ جَبَلٍ ؓ أَتَى بِوَقْصِ الْبَقَرِ وَالْعَسَلِ حِسْبَتَهُ فَقَالَ مُعَاذٌ ؓ كِلَاهُمَا لَمْ يَأْمُرْنِي فِيهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِشَيْءٍ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Sa'id Yahya ibn Muhammad ibn Yahya al-Khatib narrated to us... from Tawus, from Mu'adh ibn Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him), that he was brought the waqs (fractional amount) of cattle and honey, and Mu'adh said: 'Neither of these did the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) command me to take anything from.'
