وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ أنبأ سَعِيدُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ أَنَّ قَتَادَةَ حَدَّثَهُمْ عَنْ قُدَامَةَ بْنِ وَبَرَةَ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ الْفَزَارِيِّ صَاحِبِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ تَرَكَ الْجُمُعَةَ بِغَيْرِ عُذْرٍ فَلْيَتَصَدَّقْ بِدِرْهَمٍ أَوْ نِصْفِ دِرْهَمٍ أَوْ صَاعٍ أَوْ مُدٍّ قَالَ سَعِيدٌ فَسَأَلْتُ قَتَادَةَ هَلْ يَرْفَعُهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ؟ فَشَكَّ فِي ذَلِكَ قَالَ سَعِيدٌ وَقَدْ ذَكَرَ بَعْضُ أَصْحَابِنَا أَنَّ قَتَادَةَ يَرْفَعُهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَرَوَاهُ أَيُّوبُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ أَبُو الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ فَأَرْسَلَهُ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu 'Abdullah al-Hafiz and Abu Bakr ibn al-Hasan al-Qadi informed us... from al-'Abbas ibn al-Walid... from Muhammad ibn Shu'ayb... from Sa'id ibn Bashir, from Qatadah, from Qudamah ibn Wabarah, from Samurah ibn Jundub al-Fazari, companion of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), who said: 'Whoever misses the Friday prayer without a valid excuse, let him give a dirham or half a dirham or a sa' (measure) or a mudd (measure) in charity.' Sa'id said: I asked Qatadah if he attributed this to the Prophet. He was uncertain. Sa'id said: Some of our companions mentioned that Qatadah did attribute it to the Prophet. Ayyub ibn Miskin Abu al-'Ala' narrated it from Qatadah in mursal form.
