أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو صَالِحِ بْنُ أَبِي طَاهِرٍ ثنا جَدِّي يَحْيَى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الْقَاضِي ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ الْعَبْدِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَعِيدٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ ثنا عَطَاءٌ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ أَنَّهُ صَلَّى مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ صَلَاةَ الْخَوْفِ وَذَكَرَ أَنَّ الْعَدُوَّ كَانَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْقِبْلَةِ فَكَبَّرَ وَكَبَّرْنَا وَرَكَعَ وَرَكَعْنَا جَمِيعًا فَلَمَّا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ سَجَدَ وَسَجَدَ مَعَهُ الصَّفُّ الَّذِي يَلِيهِ وَقَامَ الصَّفُّ الْمُؤَخَّرُ فِي نُحُورِ الْعَدُوِّ فَلَمَّا قَامَ وَقَامَ الصَّفُّ الَّذِي يَلِيهِ انْحَدَرَ الصَّفُّ الْمُؤَخَّرُ بِالسُّجُودِ ثُمَّ تَقَدَّمَ الصَّفُّ الْمُؤَخَّرُ وَتَأَخَّرَ الصَّفُّ الْمُقَدَّمُ فَرَكَعَ وَرَكَعْنَا جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ سَجَدَ فَلَمَّا رَفَعَ سَجَدَ وَسَجَدَ مَعَهُ الصَّفُّ الَّذِي يَلِيهِ وَقَامَ الصَّفُّ الْمُؤَخَّرُ فِي نُحُورِ الْعَدُوِّ فَلَمَّا سَجَدَ الصَّفُّ الَّذِي يَلِيهِ وَجَلَسَ انْحَدَرَ الصَّفُّ الْمُؤَخَّرُ بِالسُّجُودِ ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ وَسَلَّمْنَا جَمِيعًا قَالَ جَابِرٌ كَمَا يَفْعَلُ حَرَسُكُمْ هَذَا بِأُمَرَائِهِمْ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Jabir ibn Abdullah reported that he prayed the Fear Prayer with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). He mentioned that the enemy was between them and the qiblah. The Prophet said the takbir and they said it with him. He bowed and they all bowed with him. When he raised his head from bowing, he prostrated, and the front row prostrated with him while the rear row stood facing the enemy. When he stood and the front row stood, the rear row went down in prostration. Then the rear row came forward and the front row went back. He bowed and they all bowed with him. Then he prostrated, and when he raised his head, the row nearest to him prostrated with him while the rear row stood facing the enemy. When the row nearest to him prostrated and sat, the rear row went down in prostration. Then he gave the salam and they all gave the salam. Jabir said: 'Just as your guards do with their commanders.'
